About TMH Para Support Services

BUILT ON STRUCTURE.
DRIVEN BY LITIGATION CLARITY.

TMH Para Support Services was founded on a simple but critical belief: Family law cases do not fail because of legal strategy—they fail because of operational breakdown. When discovery is mismanaged, deadlines are inconsistent, and case files lack structure, even the strongest legal arguments lose momentum long before they reach court.

OUR MISSION

To bring structure, consistency, and operational control back to family law litigation by supporting attorneys with systems-driven legal operations support.

We help law firms move from reactive case management to structured litigation execution.

WHO WE SERVE

We work with:

  • Family law attorneys managing active caseloads

  • Solo practitioners seeking operational structure

  • Small law firms experiencing workflow breakdowns

  • Legal teams needing consistent litigation support systems

OUR APPROACH

We believe effective legal support is built on three principles

  • STRUCTURE: Every case should have clarity, order, and a defined workflow.

  • CONSISTENCY: Litigation should move forward predictably, not reactively.

  • CONTROL: Attorneys should operate with visibility over every active matter—not chaos across systems.

WHAT WE DO DIFFERENTLY

TMH Para Support Services is not traditional paralegal support. We operate as a litigation operations layer inside family law firms. That means we focus on how cases move—not just what tasks get completed. We support attorneys by strengthening:

  • Discovery tracking and organization

  • Deadline monitoring and enforcement

  • Case file structure and workflow consistency

  • Litigation progression across active matters

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

TMH Para Support Services was founded by Taquasia Holmes-Wright, a legal professional whose work is rooted in one central focus: strengthening how litigation functions behind the scenes.

Her journey into the legal field has been shaped by persistence, discipline, and a commitment to mastering both the technical and operational sides of law. As a first-generation law student and seasoned paralegal professional, she has continuously pursued education, training, and hands-on experience to refine her expertise in litigation support and legal operations.

Through her work with family law attorneys, Guardian ad Litem matters, and mediation environments, she recognized a consistent pattern—cases were not breaking down due to lack of legal knowledge, but due to lack of structure, organization, and workflow consistency. That realization became the foundation of TMH Para Support Services.

Taquasia brings a systems-driven mindset to litigation support, focusing not just on completing tasks, but on improving how cases are managed from start to finish. Her approach emphasizes clarity, accountability, and proactive case management to ensure that attorneys are supported in a way that strengthens—not disrupts—their strategy.

In addition to her professional work, she remains actively engaged in advancing the paralegal profession and expanding the role of legal support within modern law practice. Her goal is to bridge the gap between legal strategy and operational execution, helping law firms operate with greater precision, efficiency, and control. At the core of her work is a simple belief:

Well-structured cases lead to stronger advocacy, clearer outcomes, and better experiences for everyone involved—especially the families at the center of the matter.
